The current contact-options page is in Simplified Chinese and does not contain a web upload form. Email info@fanyisite.com.au, WeChat au12312 or phone 0424 927 923 for a written quote. Do not send pages that are not needed for the requested service.
What to send for a quote
Send a clear colour photo or PDF of every relevant side or page, and state:
- the document type and issuing country;
- the source and target languages;
- the receiving institution;
- the actual use;
- the required date and whether you need PDF, paper or both.
Include grades, seals, stamps and reverse sides when they are part of the document. A clear scan is normally enough for translation, but the receiving institution may separately require the original, a certified copy or a particular submission format.
Match the document, receiver and purpose
| Document | Language direction | Common receiver and use | Send before quote/order |
|---|---|---|---|
| Driving licence from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Japan or another country | non-English → English | state or territory transport authority, rental company or roadside check; driving, renting or licence application | both sides and the state or territory where it will be used |
| Birth, marriage, death, passport, identity, household, single-status or police document | non-English → English | Home Affairs, citizenship, school, court, bank or another institution; visa, migration, identity, relationship, estate or banking evidence | every relevant page and the application or receiving institution |
| Degree, diploma, certificate, transcript, employment or reference document | non-English → English | university, school, employer, licensing body or skills assessment; study, employment, licensing or assessment | all pages, including grades, seals and reverse sides |
| Australian certificate or identity document | English → Chinese | overseas authority, Notary Public, consulate, bank, school or another institution | destination country, receiving institution and its current requirements |
| Medical, legal, business or another document | confirmed language direction | court, lawyer, insurer, health service, government service, employer or overseas institution | only the pages needed for the task, plus the receiver and purpose |
Where these translations are used
Customers use NAATI-certified translations for Home Affairs visa and citizenship applications, state and territory transport matters, university and school applications, skills assessment and professional licensing, employment, courts and lawyers, banks and insurers, government services, and overseas institutions.
Home Affairs instructs applicants to provide English translations of non-English documents. When a translation is completed in Australia, include the translator’s NAATI practitioner number. Use the document and format required by the specific application checklist or request letter. See Check twice, submit once.
What is a NAATI-certified translation?
NAATI is Australia’s national standards and certifying authority for translators and interpreters. A translation completed and stamped by one of our currently NAATI-certified translators identifies the translator and certification details for the relevant language direction. Check a practitioner’s certification in the official NAATI directory. If your task is choosing and checking a practitioner rather than ordering a document service, use our separate NAATI Certified Translator guide.
Documents we translate
Driving licences
Published examples include China and Taiwan driving licences from AUD $20, Hong Kong and Macau licences from AUD $30, and Malaysia licences from AUD $46. Confirm the exact document route, total price and deadline before work starts. When driving, carry the valid original overseas licence together with the English translation or IDP required by the relevant state or territory. A translation does not itself decide driving or licence-transfer eligibility.
Use the English driving-licence translation Hub. The existing Simplified Chinese overseas driving-licence directory remains available as a secondary route.
Identity and family documents
Birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, passports, identity cards, household registrations, single-status documents and police clearances can support identity, relationship, visa, citizenship, estate, banking or other tasks. The receiver decides which document and version is relevant.
For birth certificates, see our NAATI-certified birth-certificate translation Hub. Published China birth-certificate service prices start from AUD $39 with 12-hour PDF delivery on the matching owner route.
For China-issued documents, use the dedicated Chinese police clearance certificate translation into English or Chinese death certificate translation into English service.
Academic and employment documents
Degrees, diplomas, graduation certificates, transcripts, enrolment records, employment letters, references and professional documents may be requested by a school, university, employer, skills-assessment body or licensing authority. Send all pages and any grading, seal or reverse-side information.
For two document-specific assessment scenarios, see VETASSESS German payslip translation requirements and ACS skills assessment document translation requirements.
Medical and other documents
Medical records, reports, vaccination evidence, contracts, statements and other documents require a document-specific quote. Do not send unnecessary sensitive pages; ask the receiver what evidence it needs first.
How much does it cost, and how fast is delivery?
- Price: standard driving licences start from AUD $20 and standard China birth certificates from AUD $39. Published Hong Kong and Macau driving-licence examples start from AUD $30, and Malaysia driving-licence examples from AUD $46. Check the current document translation price guide; a written confirmation states the total before work starts.
- Turnaround: many standard documents are completed within 12 hours after payment. Express driving-licence translation may be available in 10–60 minutes when confirmed with the matching service owner or written quote.
- Source file: send a clear colour photo or scan of every relevant side or page. You normally do not post the source original to us.
- Delivery: certified PDF by email; paper-copy availability, postage and any express delivery are confirmed with the order or quote.
- Quality check: review names, dates, document numbers and other details before paper dispatch or submission.
Translation is not notarisation, a certified copy or an Apostille
A NAATI-certified translation identifies the translation and translator. A certified copy verifies a copy against an original. JP witnessing, Notary Public work, DFAT Apostille or Authentication, and consular processing are separate services. Add another step only when the specific receiving institution or overseas procedure requires it.
How do I order online?
- Choose a document owner page above, or email a clear colour image or PDF of every relevant page.
- State the issuing country, source language, target language, receiving institution and actual use.
- Receive written confirmation of the total price, turnaround, certified PDF, paper delivery and any separate service.
- Pay only after the service details are confirmed; our NAATI-certified translator completes and stamps the translation, and we send the PDF for checking.
- Submit the source document or copy and translation in the format required by the receiver.

You can also contact WeChat au12312 or phone 0424 927 923. If you prefer the existing fixed-document payment workflow, the multiple-document order form is currently in Simplified Chinese.
Australia-wide online service
Online service is available to customers in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, the Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia. This is service-area coverage, not a claim that ABC Translation Australia has an office in each state, territory or city. For driving and licence-transfer tasks, identify the state or territory before ordering because the responsible transport authority controls its own procedure.
Privacy and source files
Send only the pages needed for the quote and translation. Do not include unrelated identity, medical, financial or family information. Use a clear colour image of every relevant side or page so the translator can identify seals, stamps, handwriting and layout.
This Hub does not display customer source documents or translations. A sample may be added only when it is fully redacted, representative, approved for public use and recorded with its media owner and alt text.
What if there is an error or a rejection?
If a receiving institution states in writing that our translation does not meet its NAATI translation format requirements, ABC Translation Australia will correct the translation at no charge. If that issue still cannot be resolved, we refund the translation fee paid for that document.
This guarantee does not cover application eligibility, a problem with the source original, incomplete materials, a requirement for a certified copy, Notary Public, DFAT Apostille or Authentication, consular processing, or another service not included in the order. Acceptance of a translation does not mean the visa, licence or other application will be approved.
Why do customers choose ABC Translation Australia?
According to the company’s own service records, ABC Translation Australia has operated in Australia since 2013 and has served tens of thousands of customers across its translation services. This is first-party business experience, not government endorsement. Translation work is completed and stamped by our NAATI-certified translators. Read more about the business and online service process, check practitioner certification in the official NAATI directory, or view the site’s archived customer feedback.
Frequently asked questions
Does Home Affairs require English translations?
Yes for non-English documents requested for a Home Affairs application. Home Affairs instructs applicants to provide English translations, and when the translation is completed in Australia it must include the translator’s NAATI practitioner number. Submit the source document and translation in the format required by the relevant application checklist or request letter.
Are NAATI-certified translations accepted in every Australian state?
NAATI-certified translations are widely used Australia-wide, but there is no single rule covering every task in every state or territory. The receiving authority controls the required document, original or copy, format and any extra step. Driving and licence-transfer rules are especially jurisdiction-specific.
Do I need to provide the original document?
ABC Translation Australia can translate from a clear colour photo or scan of every relevant page or side. The receiving institution may still require the original, a certified copy, complete pages or a particular upload format; translation from a scan does not remove that separate requirement.
Do I receive a PDF or paper copy?
We deliver the translation as a certified PDF by email. Paper-copy availability, postage or courier charge and timing are confirmed in the written quote or document owner-page order. Ask the receiving institution whether it wants PDF, paper or both.
Does the translation also need notarisation?
No—not automatically. A NAATI-certified translation, certified copy, JP witnessing, Notary Public work, DFAT Apostille or Authentication, and consular processing are separate. Add another step only when the specific receiving institution or overseas procedure requires it.
How much does NAATI-certified translation cost?
Published standard document prices start from AUD $20. Examples include China birth-certificate translation from AUD $39, Hong Kong and Macau driving licences from AUD $30, and Malaysia driving licences from AUD $46. The exact amount depends on the document type, issuing country, languages, pages, layout, image clarity, urgency and delivery. We confirm the total before work starts.
How long does translation take?
Many standard documents are completed within 12 hours after payment. Express driving-licence translation may be available in 10–60 minutes; the matching owner page or written quote confirms the deadline before payment.
Can you translate a document that is not listed?
Yes—send a clear image or PDF and state the issuing country, source and target languages, receiving institution and purpose. We will confirm whether our NAATI-certified translators cover that language direction, then provide a written price and deadline before work starts.
